These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shopnurvaia.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it, operated by Neura Blooms LLC, d/b/a Nurvaia ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other information.
Payment is processed securely at the time of order through our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription product, the following terms apply in addition to the Terms above:
- Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be automatically charged at the interval you selected (e.g., every 30 days) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- You will receive advance notice of any price changes to your subscription as required by law.
- You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account, emailing support@shopnurvaia.com, or calling +1 (716) 301-3434. Cancellation must be requested before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
- Charges for subscription orders are non-refundable once the order has shipped, except as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines, costs, and related terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations, and software, is the property of Neura Blooms LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
