At Nurvaia, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders placed through shopnurvaia.com, operated by Neura Blooms LLC.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your delivery date, whether the product has been opened or not.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
- The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date on your order
- The order must have been purchased directly through shopnurvaia.com
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we do not require you to ship the product back to receive your refund under this guarantee, unless otherwise specified at the time of your request.
2. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number, the email address used for purchase, and the reason for your request. Our team typically responds within 1 business day.
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s) received. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Subscription Orders
- The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment.
- Subsequent recurring shipments are eligible for a refund only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or at our discretion.
- To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription cycle, you must cancel, pause, or modify your subscription before your next scheduled billing date. See our Terms of Service for full subscription terms.
- Canceling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund for shipments already processed or delivered.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
We may decline a refund request if:
- The request is made more than 30 days after delivery (for first-time orders) or does not meet the criteria above
- There is reasonable evidence of misuse or abuse of this guarantee (e.g., repeated refund requests on the same account)
- The order was purchased through an unauthorized third-party reseller rather than shopnurvaia.com directly
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please request a refund for your original order and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopnurvaia.com. We can cancel orders that have not yet entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Refund & Return Policy rather than cancellation.
