Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through shopnurvaia.com, operated by Neura Blooms LLC, d/b/a Nurvaia.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods (promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Once your order has been processed, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may periodically offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
6. Subscription Orders
For subscription orders, your recurring shipment will be processed and shipped automatically according to your selected delivery frequency. You will receive an email notification in advance of each upcoming charge and shipment. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@shopnurvaia.com or calling +1 (716) 301-3434, subject to the terms in our Terms of Service.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@shopnurvaia.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, as packages are occasionally marked delivered slightly before arrival. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@shopnurvaia.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can investigate and assist.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will work with you and the carrier in good faith to resolve the issue.
9. Delays
While we strive to meet the timeframes above, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, including weather events, high shipping volume, or logistical disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will assist with any concerns regarding delayed shipments.
